The mission of Temecula Valley Pop Warner is to enable our children to benefit from participation in the sports of football and cheerleading in a safe and structured environment. Through this active participation, the Temecula Valley Pop Warner program teaches fundamental skills, values and knowledge that these young people will use throughout their lives.
GOALS AND PHILOSOPHY
Pop Warner is an international program operated for the benefit of its youth participants. The program’s philosophy has been: Academics and Athletics go hand-in-hand. Pop Warner seeks to develop well-rounded young men and women who learn not only the fundamentals of football, cheerleading and dance but also the importance of education, in an atmosphere conducive to developing sound mind, body and character – and having an enjoyable time along the way. The general objectives of Temecula Valley Pop Warner are to inspire youth, regardless of race, creed, religion or national origin, to practice the ideals of sportsmanship, scholarship and physical fitness. We also strive to make the game fun for all boys and girls. This program stresses learning lessons of value far beyond the playing or spirit days of the boys and girls involved such as: self-discipline, teamwork, concentration, friendship, leadership and good sportsmanship. “Honor the Game”

How Registration Fees and Fundraising Monies are Allocated
Fiscal responsibility it paramount to the growth and success of a 501(c)3 non profit organization. Temecula Valley Pop Warner Youth Football & Cheer works diligently to provide a great experience and value. Our organization is comprised of volunteers. The volunteers of the TVPW community include board members, coaches, and support staff - and parents make up a big percentage of these volunteers. Our volunteers are vital to the success of the organization and we couldn't do it without them!
The money collected through registrations, fundraising and donors are put to good use. Allocations include:
Uniforms and equipment: 40%
Field Allocation & Usage Costs: 26%
Administrative costs: 11%
Pop Warner Palomar Conference fees: 10%
Coaching expense: 8%
