2024 ONLINE REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!!!
READ CAREFULLY as REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS HAVE CHANGED FOR THE 2024 SEASON
How to Register for TVPW Football or Cheer:
STEP 1: Click “Register” to login
1. Fill out participants information and upload a current, “passport-like” photo of your participant
2. If you are new to TVPW, upload a copy of a birth certificate
3. Answer ALL required medical questions accurately and thoroughly
4. Finalize payment information and submit
**A sports physical form/medical doctor’s signature is NOT required for the 2024 season**
STEP 2: To complete your registration, you must ELECTRONICALLY SIGN the participant/parent contract and medical waiver. No paper forms will be collected.

1. Login using the same email address and password for registration
2. Click “My Account” and click on your participant
3. Click “Applications” and find "2024-Spring 2025” Season
4. Click “Legal Agreements” – a pop up window will appear
5. Click “sign” to enter your initials on BOTH forms, submit, and complete your registration
STEP 3: Be on the lookout for future communication regarding:
- Equipment fittings and distribution
- Birth Certificates (a hard copy is required for new TVPW participants)
- Submitting a final report card
- Early out conditioning dates
